Instructor Unassigned instructs the following:
  • Cycle 30
  • Cycle 30 is a 30 minute cycling class offered during the lunch hour. It is designed to get your heart pumping and body moving for those of you who want to get your workout in during the day and free up your evenings. This class is for ALL fitness levels. Using rhythm and power you'll pedal through hills, sprints and intervals to fun music and motivating instruction.

  • Cycle 45
  • Cycle 45 is a 45 minute cycling class. This class will take you on rides that differ every time you come to class. All classes will be designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building. All rides in this class will simulate varied terrain as you tackle hills, sprints and other combinations that will give you a great interval training workout. This class is for beginners as well as the seasoned cyclists. The instructor is guaranteed to keep you motivated with his/her engaging training style and array of playlists as you cycle.  

  • Saturday Cycle
  • Saturday Cycle is a 45 minute cycling class offered on Saturday mornings. Get your weekend started with a ride that will get you in the zone. This class will challenge your strength and endurance with interval drills all while pedaling to up-tempo music guaranteed to get you in the right mindset for whatever the weekend brings your way.

  • Tabata/Circuit Training (All Levels)

  • In this class you will receive detailed instructions on how to correctly execute a variety of power movements while incorporating the use of Barbells, Dumbbells and Kettlebells.  This class is kept small to ensure everyone is assisted during the class.  The class enrollment maxes out at 8 per class.
