MGM Fitness is Hanford's premier location for Group Fitness Classes.  We offer an amazing array of classes that will get your heart pumping,
clear your mind and burn those calories.  All classes at MGM Fitness are designed to help you burn those calories while you workout to the beats of popular artists carefully chosen by your instructors to keep you motivated and having fun.  All of this is offered in a boutique studio environment where classes are kept small.  It is an amazing experience that will leave you energized and seeing results fast.

Cycle 30

A 30 minute cycling class.  It is designed to get your heart pumping and body moving within the 30 Minute class.  This class is for ALL fitness levels.  Using rhythm and power you'll pedal through hills, sprints and intervals to fun music and motivating instruction.  The Instructor vs. Client ratio is set to a maximum of 1:12 to ensure that each participant receives proper instruction and training while participating in the exercise program. 


Cycle 45

A 45 minute cycling class offered in the evenings under a fun black light atmosphere.  This class is for ALL fitness levels.  Using rhythm and power you'll pedal through hills, sprints and intervals to fun music, black lights that blink to the rhythm of the music and motivating instruction.  The Instructor vs. Client ratio is set to a maximum of 1:12 to ensure that each participant receives proper instruction and training while participating in the exercise program.

 


MGM Strong 

The MGM Strong class focuses on the fundamentals and techniques of Olympic Lifts in a small class setting.  The Instructor vs Client ratio is set to a maximum of 1:8.


FIERCE Cardio

FIERCE Cardio is a beginner friendly, power driven and explosive class that incorporates kickboxing techniques, high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) and strength training.  Although you will be physically and mentally challenged, you will finish FIERCE Cardio feeling  re-energized, empowered and motivated.


Tabata/Circuit Training

The Tabata class at MGM Fitness is a 30 Minute High Intensity Interval Training class that will get your heart pumping and your calories burning. 

The Instructor vs Client ratio is set to a maximum of 1:12.




This Athlete Training Program is geared for high school a
thletes and/or competitive youth athletes.  In this class your trainer, Mark Grijalva, will focus on improving your speed, strength, endurance, flexibility and recovery.  This class is offered two times a week and geared to keep athletes in shape during off seasons and summer breaks to decrease the likelihood of sports related injuries.  The instructor vs client ratio is set to a maximum of 1:10.
