GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

 




The Group Fitness Class is a H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) fitness program that incorporates Tabata, Circuit and Weight Training. This class is open to both men and women of all fitness levels.  It incorporates training styles that will increase aerobic capacity, strength and flexibility while pushing your body to an optimal fat burning level.  The Trainer vs. Client ratio is set to a maximum of 1:12 to ensure that each participant receives proper instruction and training while participating in the exercise program.
