1-on-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

1-on-1 Personal Training is for an individual at any level of fitness.  The 1-on-1 session is for an Individual who has a specific fitness goal that requires customized training with a Certified Personal Trainer or prefers their time exercising to be in a private setting. During the 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions, the trainer will teach you basic fundamentals to an exercise program to ensure you are informed and educated on proper technique, which will decrease the likelihood of injury and maximize the results of your exercise program.  All 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions are 1 hour sessions that are customized to meet your individual goals, whether it is to lose weight, increase muscle mass, increase cardiovascular endurance, sports conditioning and/or overall strength.  For more information on packages offered and to enroll follow the link below:

DUO PERSONAL TRAINING

Duo Personal Training Session is a Semi-Private Personal Training Session for an individual at any level of fitness.  The Duo session is for an individual who would prefer a buddy system when training at MGM Fitness. This type of training works well for couples, friends, co-workers, siblings as well as parent/adult child.  MGM Fitness can also pair you with another client that has the same fitness goals and is compatible with your level of fitness.  Your Certified Personal Trainer will work with you, and one additional client, during the session.  The trainer will still address each client’s specific fitness goals when developing a training program for each session.  The trainer will teach you the basic fundamentals to any exercise program to ensure you are informed and educated on proper technique, which will decrease the likelihood of injury and maximize the results of your exercise program.  All Duo Training Sessions are 1 hour sessions.  All Duo Training Sessions are customized to meet yours, and your partner’s, individual goals, whether it is to lose weight, increase muscle mass, increase cardiovascular endurance, sports conditioning and/or overall strength.  For more information on packages offered and to enroll follow the link below:

Youth Personal Training

This training program is for children and adolescents between the ages 10 and 17.  All youth are trained by a Certified Personal Trainer that has over 14 years of experience training Children and Adolescents in fitness.  His experience allows him to customize training programs that are age and goal appropriate.  Sessions are 30 minutes.  For more information on packages offered and to enroll follow the link below:
