GENERAL STUDIO POLICIES
At MGM FITNESS our philosophy is to provide a place where all of our clients can come to learn, build and sustain a healthy lifestyle in a safe, clean and inviting atmosphere. In order to create the atmosphere conducive to our philosophy, we do not allow for children and/or guests attending any Personal Training sessions and/or Classes unless the child and/or guest are a paid participant.
MGM Fitness acknowledges that all clients have reserved days and times paid for services at MGM Fitness. MGM Fitness makes every effort to ensure all sessions start/end at their scheduled time. If for any reason, a client is late to a session, class and/or workshop MGM Fitness will not extend provided service beyond the remainder of the scheduled time. If late more than 15 minutes to a Personal Training session (5 minutes late for Youth Sessions) the session will be cancelled by MGM Fitness and the session will be charged to the client. If late to a class, MGM Fitness can decline the participation in the class as it can be disruptive to other participants.
1-on-1 Personal Training - Duo Personal Training - Youth Personal Training
All sessions are assigned at the time of purchase. Times can be subject to change at the discretion of MGM Fitness if times of availability changes beyond the control of MGM Fitness. Any session missed cannot be rescheduled. A missed session, for any reason, will count as a session. If for any reason, MGM Fitness must cancel and/or reschedule your session it will be rescheduled. For Active military/police/fire, sent on deployment OR mandatory assignment, the contract will be put on suspension until the scheduled date of return with valid proof of assignment. Original day and time of sessions will not be guaranteed.
Group Fitness Classes
Group Fitness Classes are non-refundable due to non-attendance. Any missed class cannot be rescheduled. Group participants must register for the class no later than 2.5 hours prior to the start time of class via the MGM Fitness website or via our Smart Phone App. Classes are limited to the first 8 - 12 registrants per class (depending on the class). If registered for a class but can no longer attend, participant can remove him/herself from the class roster prior to start time of class by going to our website, via our Smart Phone App or by contacting the instructor of the class. If removal of name from roster occurs more than 1 hour or more before start time of class scheduled there will be no charge for the class. Clients with an unlimited group fitness class package are subject to a $10.00 no show fee anytime the terms of our cancellation policy are not met.
Workshops are non-refundable. Any workshop missed cannot be rescheduled.
